We have always undertaken a desire for Real Estate starting from the ground up. This desire exemplifies our admiration for all of the different styles of properties with their unique & diverse features. Meet Kyle Appelhof

Kyle is an outgoing individual who successfully graduated from a Business Administration Program Majoring in Management. Previously he worked for Earls Restaurant for over 8 years becoming super personable, while building a vast amount of close relationships between himself & clients. With his success, Kyle represented Earls as a Brand Ambassador & Trainer at multiple locations in the United States.

Now, Kyle has excelled in his Residential Real Estate Career over the past 5 years, mainly representing young professionals in Calgary. He has also worked with large investment groups, affluent clients, first time home buyers + more. By applying his elevated knowledge of properties, the current market & having a hands on approach, he has used his organizational, management & marketing skills to create positive results. With that being said, the most important component for him is creating a great experience for his clients, while maintaining a long lasting relationship.

His values & beliefs really coincide with our Vision and Mission. He is extremely motivated in developing his skills & growing professionally within the Real Estate industry. He takes pride in the work he accomplishes & loves helping people achieve their goals. He is confident in his ability to perform tasks at a high level, while still being able to be his authentic self.

When not attending to his business, Kyle loves being active & spending time with his family. He is an advocate for playing hockey, lifting weights, camping, hiking & doing anything that involves an abundant life.
